I’m Jaelyn
I'm an Appalachian girl, yoga teacher, and community builder who believes life is meant to be shared with our sangha, our community.
Yoga is about cultivating a relationship with yourself through movement, curiosity, and presence. I believe the highest form of spirituality is allowing yourself to be playful, and joy is just as sacred as stillness.
My teaching blends traditions from Bhakti, Vinyasa, Kundalini, and Restorative yoga. I love weaving together functional movement, mobility, flexibility, breathwork, and mindfulness to create classes that help you move with greater confidence.
As someone with a predominantly Pitta-Vata constitution, yoga has been the practice that continually brings me back into my body. It has taught me to slow down, listen deeply, and find steadiness in every season of life. My hope is to help others experience that same sense of grounding while honoring the unique needs of their own bodies.
When I'm not on the mat, you can find me hiking with my dog, Henry, scouring a thrift store, lost in a good book, or testing out a new hobby. I believe a rich life is built through curiosity, connection, and a willingness to keep learning, and I bring that same spirit into every class I teach.
I'm so glad you're here, and I can't wait to meet you on the mat.
