Full Moon Circle

October 25th, 7:00-9:00pm

The Station at Shepherdstown | By Donation

Join us beneath the light of the moon for an evening of gentle movement, breathwork, and dancing!

This gathering will be a space to pause from the momentum of everyday life and honor what this season has brought us. We’ll create space to release what no longer serves us and make room for what’s ready to grow.

Come as you are. Bring a journal, a blanket or mat, and anything else that helps you feel comfortable. No yoga experience or spiritual background is necessary. If you have a willingness to be present, curious, and connected, then this is for you.

Ritualizing Our Routines

November 14th, 1:30-3:30pm

Double Iris Yoga & Massage | Charles Town | $25

Ritual turns into routine when we stop infusing our actions with prana, the life force that animates us. We don’t want lifeless lives; we want to feel awake, connected, and intentional in the way we move through our days. The word ritual comes from the Sanskrit Ṛta, meaning “cosmic truth” or “the dynamic rhythm of the universe.” In this workshop, we’ll explore how we can bring more presence, meaning, and vitality into the ordinary rhythms of our lives. Through guided journaling, mirror gazing, pranayama, and moving meditation, we’ll create the space to slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and explore the difference between simply going through the motions and truly being present for our lives. Come as you are and leave with practices to help you make the everyday feel a little more sacred.
